Your Privacy

This policy explains what Budgetisto stores, why we use it, and how you can delete your account. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

1. Information We Use

We use the following information to run Budgetisto:

• Your email address, account ID, and display name to manage your account.
• The budget data you enter, including accounts, envelopes, transactions, payees, and notes.
• Household membership and invitation details to share budgets.
• Subscription information to provide paid access.
• Device information, usage events, and crash reports to improve reliability.

You can sign in with Google or an email address and password.

2. Shared Budgets and Security

Members of your household can see its shared budget and member details. Only invite people you want to share this information with.

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect your data. No service can guarantee complete security.

3. Services We Use

These services process information needed to run the app:

• Google Firebase for sign-in, budget storage, analytics, and crash reporting.
• RevenueCat and your billing provider for account identifiers, purchases, and subscription status.
• Resend for email addresses and the contents of service emails.

We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

4. Email Communications

We send email only when it is needed to operate your account:

• Household invitations you send or receive.
• Trial reminders and subscription notices.
• Account and security notices.
• Replies to messages you send us.

5. Deleting Your Information

Household owners can delete their account in the app. See Delete My Account for the steps, what is deleted, and what information we retain.
